Blown-In Cellulose
Dense, recycled, and it fills around obstructions instead of leaving gaps beside them.

A house loses heat through the whole shell, not one weak spot. These are the six areas we insulate. Hover or tap a zone to see what the work involves.
The single most impactful space in the house. Heat rises, and an under-insulated attic lets it straight out through the roof deck.
Older Utah homes were often built with empty wall cavities. Drill-and-fill treats them without removing drywall.
The band where the floor framing meets the foundation. Small area, disproportionate heat loss, and almost always skipped.
Below-grade walls pull heat into the ground year round. Insulating them is what turns a cold basement into usable floor space.
Cold floors, musty air and humidity usually start here. Insulation and a vapor barrier address both the temperature and the moisture.
An uninsulated garage drags the rooms next to it down with it, especially over a bedroom or above a finished space.

What each service covers, the specification we work to, and roughly how long it takes on a typical Utah home.
| Service | Specification | Typical duration | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Attic Insulation | R-49 recommended | 1 day typical | The highest-return space in almost every house. |
| Crawl Space Insulation | Vapor barrier included | 1 day typical | Cold floors, humidity and musty air. |
| Crawl Space Encapsulation | Class I barrier | 1–2 days | Full seal: walls wrapped, seams taped. |
| Wall Insulation | Drill-and-fill | 1–2 days | Retrofit for older homes with empty cavities. |
| Basement & Rim Joist | R-15 to R-21 | 1–2 days | Turns a cold basement into usable space. |
| Garage Insulation | R-13 minimum | 1 day typical | Walls, ceiling and door, including shared walls. |
| Spray Foam Insulation | R-3.7 to R-6.5 / in | 1–2 days | Irregular cavities batts cannot seal. |
| Insulation Removal | Contained extraction | 1 day typical | Contaminated, damaged or rodent-affected material. |
| Air Sealing | Caulk & foam | Half to 1 day | Usually done alongside insulation, not instead. |
| Attic Ventilation & Baffles | Intake and exhaust | Half to 1 day | Keeps the attic dry so insulation performs. |
| Commercial & Industrial | Off-hours scheduling | Scoped per project | Warehouse, multi-unit and new build. |
R-values shown are the figures we work to for Utah’s climate zone. Durations describe a typical single-family home and are confirmed at the consultation, not quoted from a table.
There is no single best insulation, only the best one for that space, that budget and Utah’s climate. We carry all of them, so the recommendation is never driven by what happens to be on the truck.
