Every quote starts in your attic with a tape measure, not at a desk with your square footage. Two houses on the same street can need completely different work, and the only way to know is to climb up and look.

Insulation slows heat down. It does not stop air. If the holes around your lights, vents and pipes are still open, warm air walks straight past whatever you just paid for. Sealing them first is what makes the whole job work.

Ask them of anyone quoting your house, including us.

01Why might your quote be higher than another?
Often it is because ours includes air sealing, or because we measured the depth your house needs rather than quoting a standard one. Ask any company what R-value they are installing and whether sealing is included. If the answers match and the price is lower, take it.
02Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, both, and we will show you the paperwork before anyone starts work. It is a fair question to ask anyone you let into your attic.
03Do you use subcontractors?
No. Our own trained crew does every install. That is why the person who quoted your house can tell you what is in your crawl space without looking it up.
04What if the work does not fix the problem?
Get in touch and we will come and look at it. Occasionally a cold room turns out to be a duct or a window rather than insulation, and if that is what we find during the free visit, we will tell you before you spend anything with us.
05How much will I actually save?
Most homeowners see 20 to 40% off heating and cooling, which on a typical Utah home is $400 to $1,000 a year and pays the job back in three to five years. Your number depends on what is up there now, which is what the free visit is for.
